No. A generated report is byte-identical for ever, because a figure you put in a board deck has to still be provable three weeks later. If the underlying data moves, your dashboard offers a newer version and the old one stays retrievable at its own link.
Yes — seven days free, card required, one click to cancel from the billing portal. Stripe emails you three days before it converts. The free tier does not expire either, and it includes one full county report.
All of it is in one place: sign in, open Account, and press Manage billing. That opens Stripe's own portal, where you can switch plan (with the proration calculated for you), update your card, download every invoice, or cancel at the end of the period. We deliberately did not rebuild any of that.
Nothing immediately. Stripe retries a failed card for about three weeks and we email you at the first failure with a link to fix it. Your access continues throughout. It ends only if the retries are exhausted and the subscription is cancelled.
Alerts, the Time Machine, TrueLoad flags, the Master File, address checks and full-schema CSV export were listed here and were not built. They have been removed rather than reworded. If we start selling one again it will be because it exists. Our corrections log records this alongside our data corrections.
